If you wish to delete your account or any personal data shared with Motokop through our website, mobile app, or WhatsApp communication, you can request data deletion using any of the following methods:

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@motokop.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Include your registered mobile number or booking reference ID in the email.
  3. Our support team will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Personal identification details (name, phone number, address, vehicle info)
  • Chat and booking history stored in our internal systems
  • Any files, photos, or documents you have uploaded

What May Be Retained
Certain transaction records (such as invoices) may be retained as required by law for auditing or regulatory compliance. These will be securely stored and anonymized.
