Bookings and confirmation
A website submission is a service request. Mechanic assignment and booking details are sent to the WhatsApp number provided after the request and selected service location are reviewed.
Prices and estimates
Prices shown on the website are starting or package prices. The final amount can vary based on motorcycle model, condition, parts, consumables and labour required. Additional work is discussed during service assessment.
Payments
Payment is due as communicated for the confirmed service. Available online or offline payment methods are shared by the team.
Parts and availability
Part prices, brands and availability vary by motorcycle model and supplier. Compatibility is confirmed before an order or repair is completed.
Pickup and drop
Pickup and drop is offered only in selected service locations, is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any applicable charges are communicated with the booking details.
Warranty
The advertised 15-day service warranty applies only to eligible completed work and is subject to the service and part conditions communicated by Motokop. It does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, accident damage or normal wear.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact Motokop as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable charge will be communicated before confirmation.
